As stigma has reduced, focus globally has started to turn towards the unique business advantages that a diversity of brain types brings to the workplace. From problem solving, creativity and hyper focus to hyper empathy and honest conversations, ND people have talent that is invaluable to your business. Diversity, including race, gender, and culture is critical - so too is differently wired brains in rapidly evolvoing business models.
